What is a Member to Member (M2M) transfer?+
A transfer between two accounts held at this credit union. Enter the recipient's account number and we confirm the account holder's name before you send.
How long does a domestic wire take?+
Wires submitted before the 4:00 PM ET cut-off are typically sent the same business day once approved. You will need the recipient's name, account number, bank name and 9-digit routing number.
Why does my transfer say Submitted?+
Every transfer is reviewed before funds are released. Your balance is unchanged until the review completes, and the transfer appears under Money in motion on your dashboard.
How do I open an account?+
Choose Open account, complete the four-step application, and your checking and savings accounts are created together pending approval.
